Use UptoPlay to play online the game Mobile Spirit Level.
This app implements a virtual spirit level.
You may use your mobile phone as it would be a physical spirit level. Hold it against a vertical or horizontal surface, like a table or a wall, and a moving bubble shows if the surface is really vertical or horizontal with respect to earth gravitation.
Additionally, you may set a target angle, then the bubble will be be at level if the surface angle is exactly the target angle.
