I have been using the SK8 mobile app for several days at this point, and while there are some great features built in, there are also some big drawbacks. One of the chief things I would like to see in the mobile app is the ability to choose any of the different subgroups that we create in the cloud version. Right now, when I do a search for all anniversaries or birthdays, etc. I get returns for individuals that have been removed by transfers, releases, etc. I have to sift through too many names that are no longer relevant. That one change would help make my day (although there are others I could suggest as well). Thanks for all the hard work you're putting into this mobile app! Pastor Tim
Everytime I try to enter our information on my tablet the app crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it just does the same thing. I can't get the program to play online on my tablet either so it kind of defeats the purpose of paying for something I can't use. I need this to work from home. Very frustrated
Can't do something as basic as copy phone number to paste into a different app. Can't view in split screen. Clicking the share button and then clicking on the cell phone number causes the app to crash.
So much potential if it actually worked. Often fails to login. Then about half the time it won't actually search, it just acts like it searched but never pulls up any files. It would be awesome to have all this info at my fingertips but the app is way too buggy.
Not useless, but not that useful either. While the data is there, search capabilities are very limited. Searching by last name is important, but searching by first name is also important. I know a lot more first names of attendees at my church, but often I don't know the last name. Without better search capabilities, this is of get little use. When I can find a name that I am looking for, the information is useful. I am hoping that this app will continue to evolve. Time will tell."
