Play this online game named Mobile Forms.

Mobile Forms allows your customers, patients, clients, etc. to read, fill, and sign your custom forms on an android tablet. Completed documents are saved as PDF files which can then be saved to a shared SMB folder, or "sent" using the Android Share action. Mobile Forms was originally developed for medical clinics to save paper and scanning by having patients sign paperwork electronically, but it can also be useful in other areas as well. Mobile Forms was designed for 10" tablets but should run fine on other size devices.
