Amazing app for a great price! I love that you can see videos of all the exercizes and everything is neatly organized. This app also has a section for meals and nutrition information and great info on what to eat and what not to eat. ALSO you can set alarms to notify you to drink water, wake up, etc. This app does it all. My ONLY complaint is that I wish it also showed a woman working out and also included a section dedicated to booty workouts.
