Mind Matter Warrior play online

The Mind & Matter Warrior Fitness app is to provide the user with user-friendly instructions and examples of various types of exercise, physical activity, nutrition tracking, and some other fitness topics. The app will record statistics on workouts and collect data that will be linked such as MyFitnessPal, Fitbit, and etc. Clients will have access to a personal trainer to help with areas of concern when using a specific fitness routine or just generally with workouts and nutrition. There will be bonus opportunities to join group workouts.
