Metalhenge Planets play online

Explore our solar system walking through a virtual model starting in the middle of Metalhenge as the centre of our solar system. A planet trail is a true-to-scale representation of the Sun and its planets. By default, distances and diameters of the objects are scaled down by factor 1:1 billion, i.e. everything is 1,000,000,000 times smaller than in reality.
The planets are shrinked to sphericals of a few centimetres or even less in some cases which can be represented on the display of your mobile device. However, some planetary orbits are in the order a few kilometres. They are illustrated by circles on Google Map. Along the way up to Metalhenge, you find the inner planets with their symbols on some of the paving stones.
Make also other locations to the centre of the solar system and seek out the planets wherever you want. You'll get more information about the planets as soon as you reach their orbits.
