The app used to be useful and convenient till did the visual overhaul and now the new app is absolute garbage. i havent been able to book a single appointment through it. Trying to do anything on the app gives a something went wrong error. The alternative to this app is having to call the number and wait on the line to book appointments is an unnecessary hassle which can be easily avoided by getting the bugs out of the app.
Absolutely terrible. Worst in the industry. Difficult to use for both doctors and patients. The three times I've used it my doctor has had to turn on WhatsApp to complete the consultation. Its impossible for the doctor to look at uploaded medical records and talk at the same time. And worse still it is not linked to the rest of the Max database. As a result I have two parallel records running one on the hospital database and another on this app. Really very terrible.
Bug in the app and system. If i select date for say 12th the date for which appointment is booked is 11th instead. I have tried booking and rescheduling both but it is booking for a day before. This is happening specifically when I am booking two appointments in a day. Please take a look
Not even able to sign up. It says enter OTP but doesn't send any OTP on my email. I even checked spam folder and tried with 3 different email ids. I am not able to see my medical reports because of this useless app.
After logging in the app asks to search for a health check-up. But no matter what input you give, it always says 'no matching entry was found'. What's the point of having a option if we can't search a check-up type. Truly a badly maintained and serviced application."
