Worked absolutely fine, please ensure that you crop the photos you take, otherwise would not upload. I was contacted within 24hrs of uploading photos by email and text that my details passed on to repairer. Then within next 24hrs was contacted by the repairer DWV(Dent Wizard Ventures), three days later alloy repaired and absolutely looks new. Really happy with the service no fuss no hassle.
Tried 2 different phones not working on either phone, just keeps telling me to add more photos total waste of time!!!!!!!! Now to top it off the repair was approved and I've been waiting nearly 2 weeks to be contacted by the repairer beginning to think this is a total waste of time and I'll be revisiting marshall audi to complain, 4 X 5star reviews 50 x 1star reviews says it all really
Useless!!! Downloaded the app and input my name, vehicle reg and phone number as requested only for a message to appear saying authorisation denied!
The app works fine.. But there is a limit on the size of the image it seems, best to take the pictures and crop them to reduce the size and it accepts them instantly
Appalling. I was told by the sales rep that this would revolutionise future repairs. But the app does nothing. Will do what the other reviews suggested and telephone the service.'
