Thanks to my 17 years of experience, my application will transform you physically. My application allows me to be by your side every day thanks to a state-of-the-art coaching tool.
Different functionalities will allow you to follow your evolution: In your application you will be able to access your dashboard, the central page of the app.
On this you will find the planning of your meals and sessions created upstream by your coach Manu, in response to your objectives. In your planning you can add yourself the sports and nutritional programs designed by yourself.
Your entire schedule is flexible. You will be able to modify the times of your meals and sessions at your convenience, modulate your meals in real time to adjust the information according to what you have actually consumed (modification of weights, etc.), add notes to your meals and sessions to specify your feelings.
The nutrition + tab will provide information on your food aversions. Variants of foods will be offered to replace these same selected foods. You will also have access to the list of your recipes and finally to your shopping list which will adapt just as much, in real time, to the meals added to your schedule.
You will be able to create nutritional content (food, recipes, meals, daily plans and nutritional programs) that you can then share with other members of the application.
The application will also be a real tool in achieving your goals. You will be able to track your weight and measurements.
You can preview the sessions or launch the playback of it to know its content. Manu will have transcribed all his instructions and advice so that you can perform your session as well as possible. If an exercise is incompatible with your pain, it will be indicated by a red triangle and variants will be offered to you.
On the other hand, you will also have access, in your session, to a load calculator and you will have the possibility of adding notes, to follow your progress. Finally, you will find all the information about you on your profile.
Our app has the ability to sync with Health to show today's health data in the user's activity screen. To better follow the workouts, the user can share the data with the coach.
