This App is linked to the Luas Live Information System which feeds the Live Info to the Stops, to the Website, to the Mobile Website and to the Luas iPhone App. If you spot any issues with the Live Info (or any other area of the app) or your have any suggestions about improving the App please email us with details at [email protected]. We will always do our best to fix issues as fast as we can and integrate suggestions into any opportunity we get to upgrade the App.
This is the only Official Luas Android App. There are other Android Apps displaying Luas Live Info on. These are unofficially taking information from the Luas Website and dont display the Travel Updates in times of alternations to service. If you play online an unofficial app please always remember that the Luas Mobile Website m.luas.ie is there with Luas Live Info and Luas Travel Update if you need it.

Main problem: It uses Google Maps for routing, and Google Maps isn't very good with luas and buses (it'll have you get off and walk past the next luas stop on your route, instead of riding). The app is also clunky. Shows stops instead of routes. No bus integration. I can see why there's unofficial apps.
Very useful app. It gives valuable up-to-date info about any luas disruptions, luas engineering works and even if a lift is not working. I recommend it. It would be great if we could add comments on the app itself...eg when the ticket machine is not working like right now in Harcourt it is not selling tkt. It charged me and then the machine transaction cancelled after a few minutes.
The app no longer works since I updated my android os. My partner has the same issue. It just opens and crashes straight away. It's been going on for weeks now and there is no update possible. Deleting and reinstalling the app doesn't help.
It was working fine for > 1 year, however after I got a new phone and downloaded the app, every time I opened it, it crashed within seconds.
