1 Big problem in closing report. because we require month wise report which is not possible 2 complaint reopen option should not be there because it a kind of torture for employee and wastage of tym as well because same person reopen the complaints & the person with new complaint has to wait for eg if there is complaint regarding10 points and employees have fixed them.but on the next or next to next day if again any problem came complainter reopen the complaint instead of filling a new one
