What is leetspeak or eleet?
Eleet or leetspeak, is an alternative alphabet for many languages that is used primarily on the Internet. It uses some characters to replace others in ways that play on the similarity of their glyphs via reflection or other resemblance. For example, leet spellings of the word leet include 1337 and l33t; eleet may be spelled 31337 or 3l33t.

What is LEET IT! ?
Leet IT! (L337, L33T, 1337) is an app which converts text to leetspeak ("encode"), or leetspeak to text ("decode"). All you have to do is Input the text or leetspeak into textarea called "Plain Text" then simply press the button called "L337 IT!" and you will get your leet text in a textarea called "Leet Text".

Future Updates:
Adding "customized leet (select)" mode or "customized leet (enter)" for your own leet transformations. Other modes like ASCII/Unicode ordinal number, Braille, or Morse code are also going to release with the new version.
