The upgraded Lee Gardens App has officially launched. Members who spend in the Lee Gardens Area can now earn membership points for redemption of an array of rewards and offers, enjoying additional high-quality year-round services.
Apart from the existing eCoupon system, members are able to use the updated mobile app to directly interact with restaurants in the Lee Gardens Area. The all-in-one app will offer a comprehensive dining experience, with functions ranging from restaurant searches and making reservations to ordering, takeaway, payment and reward points management.
Other functions including ePayment system and Touchless Carpark will be introduced soon. Stay tuned for more functions in the future!

Comments:
Point claiming process is unnecessarily complicated. So you provide a receipt within 14 days, the credit card payment receipt is marked optional. Then after 3 weeks they reject the claim asking for the credit card receipt. As 3 weeks is past 14 days you cannot select the original date to resubmit the claim. Would be easier if they shops just added the points at time of purchase.
Why it is always a must to update to start the app? Wasting time to wait at the reception counter while people queuing at the back. Wasting airtime too as most people used to update through WiFi, not mobile data.
Contacted the Lee Gardens Club via email as I could never upload the receipts via the app. Their initial respond was prompt but not helpful at all. They asked me to send receipts by email so they could register for me but there was never a reply or action after that. Very put off by their so-called service from such a big group of company.
The pop-up ads prompts out every time when opening the app. What more annoying is the sound it plays
Transaction error and keep having connection issue. As an app for shopping mall, you should be well prepared for high amount of traffic. This sucks'
