The counselor was very kind and helpful. The only issue I had with the app is when I registered, it asked for my date of birth but you had to use a calendar rather than typing it in. I had to go back 47 years month by month!
Not worth the money.. their timing is restricted to till 4pm and the app doesn't even work properly .. half of the time the cousellor doesn't even come
