`Love most the app, but for some reason everytime I update the firmware of my mesh system it doesn't do anything. It downloads and "installs" the newest version successfully but the Version number doesn't change and I get prompted to update it again straight away. Same thing each time. And for some reason my upload takes around 10 seconds to kick in before it actually starts to pass data through. Its not my line as the NBN modem works fine. Just the upload delay through mesh network.`,

Basically seems to work well. During setup it would have been good to know that setting the password would be done at a suitable point: I wasted time trying to find a way to do that before the setup had reached that step. The device itself works very well. The manual is poor: it did not specify what modem it meant by "the modem

nor mention you could plug the mesh into a firewall or router or switch instead. (I plugged my primary node into a gigabyte switch.) Setup was super easy.

I was told by an nbn installer not to get the kogan mesh. But at the price and potential faster internet I took the chance and purchased it. Our home has super fast speed across all rooms and we can now run many devices. The app was easy to use and told me exactly what to do. Highly recommend

The mesh system itself is great, coverage is better than I expected and speed is great too. The app however is glitchy and some parts haven't worked since setup. Had the app worked correctly it would have been 5 stars.

Needs much greater functionality. Even with the Smart Assistant feature I can't connect my smart lights."
