This was a great device for about 6 months. I had great peace of mind. However it just lost connection one day. It has bever been able to reconnect with the internet. I have tried using their online support anf have tried all of the suggestions. There is no phone number to call for help. So because of the lack of technical support I am giving it 2 stars. What do you do when you have problems? Email them and get an automated response to check their tech support website. Very frustrating!
This works well for our tween and teenager. I think there should be an option to save multiple schedules per profile. My children have a different schedule during the school year vs. summer and holiday breaks. It would be much easier to simply switch to the alternate schedule rather than change the hours and remember what to change them back to when the break is over. We should also be able to upload or choose other profile pictures for the kids. Right now there are only icons for white kids.
This app works great for managing our 5 kids computers, tablets, iPods, and our tv. The app has been glitchy lately for tracking usage though. I can see yesterdays usage but not today's.
It worked ok and then without warning the manufacturer removed all support for the app and the actual koalasafe hub no longer works. Shoddy
