I purchased on June 18 2021 the Internal medicine learning bundle for 399$ I cannot access the website ( tried on different PC) I cannot log in using the app ( android or ipad) , I sent an email complaining of the issues requesting a refund if they will not be able to fix it I don't have a Twitter account nor a face book account and nowhere on their site was specified that I should have either account. If you don't solve the problem I'll talk to my credit card and also report it

It telling me to select an exam biut nothing come through
Can't even sign up... Was excited when downloading the app.. When I click sign up it brings me back to the start up page... Doesn't matter how many times I select sign up...
