Easy to follow meal plan for someone who has a busy and hectic lifestyle esp the first 7 days sample menu. Easy to follow. Already set up for me. I don't have to think what I am going to have the next day. Love meal plan that have 3 or less ingred in it. Wish you have a book that has a 30 days basic meal plans that are pre plan for people who is trying to be healthy same time trying to lose wt.
Some of the links don't work and you have to chase down the info you're supposed to receive right after the charge goes through your cc. I almost disputed the charges. Not a very good first experience.
Fairly useful infotmaion. Not worst app design. Insanely annoying popups. You asked for your review with a double question every time i hit the back button, well here you got it.
I paid for an e-mail plan and it never showed up. (not in my spam either). I am trying to get my money back. My brother signed up the same day and he did not receive an e-mail either. I believe this is a scam. Do not sign up for this app.
