Ken is a LMT Licensed Massage Therapist from the Swedish Institute and an ART (Active Release Technique) Ironman and Preferred Network Provider with a concentration in Athlete/Circus/Performer Focused Therapeutic Massage as well as Structural and Functional Stress Relieving Massage. His goal is to provide maximum efficiency of your physical potential through touch therapy and manipulation. Through technique and experience, he will help you move from injury to performance, and life stress to relaxation.

Ken is also a Veteran Personal Trainer and Program Design Specialist and has been certified by NSCA (CSCS) & ACSM (HFI) and many group fitness certifications as well - a true fitness professional that keeps the "personal" in personal training, remembering that every BODY is different. His goal is to provide long lasting support and guidance to the path of physical fitness and continual accomplishment of one's fitness goals.
