Keeping App play online

KeepingApp is built for the small business with a strong local brand, which does not have the resources to create and maintain their own dedicated mobile application.

Each organization will have a dedicated site housed within the application interface, which will serve as their personalized space

Its purpose is to act as a customer resource management tool to engage and communicate with a loyal base on a more personal level of interaction.

In order to facilitate this engagement various modules have been designed with this in mind. There is a Calendar function to inform customers of various events. Requests could also be made via the calendar to make bookings as well.

Next would be the Chat functionality where customers can communicate directly to the business. Various questions could be posed without having to find a number and for the user to remain within the Apps API.

The third module is the Newsletter functionality, where the organization will be able to upload documents for the users to access. This could vary for informational or to advertise various specials.

Both the Calendar and Newsletter items will be created with a push notification to App users as well, following your respective business.

With future iterations of the App we want to incorporate a direct payments capability as well.

Each customer will also have a profile on the application, which they will manage.

There will be digital advertising space available for organizations to on-sell to others, leveraging off their own brand. This will comprise of banners on their landing page.

The back-end management functionality will be available to a desktop with an easy to use interface for administration.

As the business opportunity expands within the mobile application via different businesses, there will be opportunities to leverage others in the community for further customer gain.
