This Google Wear OS app was developed for people who have trouble staying awake while in class, driving and so on. Its simple when you begin to become sleepy and are not active your heart rate drops. This apps prompts you for a desired heart rate in which you want the device to vibrate and alert you that your heart rate is dropping and will continue to vibrate and alert you until your heart rate raises.
