It's great to have this app ,although route updates would be a nice feature to have. It seems that this apps performance has decreased somewhat since its first conception. The bus system has grown by leaps and bounds over the years. The monitors on buses are rarely on and they are already decades behind smaller city bus lines in this state.
This app is still broken for almost 2 years, it won't show the ETA time for buses on cellular service, it only works on Wi-Fi. This still need to be fixed immediately!
Exceptionally useless. App does not recognize any address I put in despite being along the Kingston Pike and Cedar Bluff corridor (Rt. 16). Feedback form does not send and instead opens a new email draft in the app of your choice where you have to RETYPE your message.
Riding the bus is e9soomething I rarely do. Add the fact that I am not from this city and disaster was likely to occur if I had not had this app. Seriously, KATbus Tracker is extremely simple and shockingly accurate. As long as I am in Knoxville I will keep this app. I can honestly say that i did not find one thing wrong with it. Quick. Sumple.Accurate.
Downloaded on Monday. No buses ran on Monday. Tuesday no buses ran. Wednesday no scheduled arrivals. Okay. I'm done. Uninstalled, if I can't get accurate information, I need to find other transportation means."
