It's ok as far as it goes, but it needs to have an exclusion list so that it excludes combinations with numbers that are already in use. It's not strictly necessary, but it would be helpful. Also, I'm not crazy about using the spinners as the user interface. A number pad would be faster/easier.
Simple, but effective app. It shows you all the possible combinations for the given number of fields and the cross sum. Easy to use.'
