Ive been having the same issues as a lot of others who have left negative reviews. I'm stuck in a loop of jobadder telling me to update the app to log in but even after updating it doesn't work. After the number of critical reviews on this exact point over a period of months I'd really hope they would fix this bug, but evidentially not. Really poor.
Can't search candidates properly by skills or different search criteria. Can only carry out keyword search of resume. If you know the name of the candidate you want details for it is adequate or if you want to create a job it is also adequate. Big dissapointment is ability to search existing candidates
Constant loop of being told to update then it doesnt work. Looking at previous reviews and automatic response for months from jobadder and there is still no resolution what is going on?
Keeps advising to update even though I have and now I can't sign in. Not very helpful. Have uninstalled and reinstalled still same issue.
For weeks now this app has been circling between update and sign on rendering it useless.'
