The purpose of the app's initiative is to teach youth about proper management of resources (e.g. food, land, money, time, etc.).

The app's initiative is designed to creatively engage and challenge youth to be the change they want to see in their homes, schools, and communities through practical, proven, hands-on activities that reinforce basic principles such as: Caring about their future, their planet, and others.

As the students level-up they will become more involved in helping to promote food waste awareness and education (primarily) as well as solve food access disparities, hunger and economic problems in their home and community (secondarily).
