Ready to discover our Island story? Then youll need the free Jersey Heritage app.
Weve started the app with two extremes one large and one small site. Elizabeth Castle, in St Aubins Bay, and Les Hurets Guardhouse in a remote location on the north coast. Once complete, the app will include all Jersey Heritage visitor sites and many other historic buildings and sites across the Island.
At Elizabeth Castle the app will lead you to many points of interest, and introduce you to people from the past who will share fascinating stories from Jersey's rich history. Youll have the option to follow the trail of your choice, or ramble freely and discover the numerous features around the 24 acres.
This ambitious app is not yet complete, but new sites will be added as soon as the charity has the funds and resources to do so. In the meantime, come inside and were sure that youll have an historic adventure at Elizabeth Castle.

Its a good starting point! But the app needs to be refined. Add all other heritage sites, add an events page, then it would be a great source of info. At the moment you are better off looking at heritage Jersey's website for information
does not give any information regarding elizabeth castle. when you actually locate the castle on the island map none of the information pins work. Total waste of time downloading it
