Use UptoPlay to play online the game Japan Reader.

The Japan Reader app was created to help people who wish to improve their Japanese reading proficiency or who are simply trying to navigate life in Japan. The app attempts to assist readers with information only as they need it, helping to learn new vocabulary and improve reading speed.
Import images of a newspaper, magazine, textbook, or other print media. You can use a smartphone camera or scanner to make the images. Once they are in your device, add them to the Japan Reader library and youre ready to read.
As you read a text page and encounter a word you do not know, touch the word to show the furigana and definition. Words are collected in a list as you read for later review and drilling.

Study with drills that challenge your memory using a word's original context. Other drills allow you to practice memory recall using queues from kanji, reading, or definitions.

Edit: I did not receive the 10 credits mentioned in the developers response when I installed this app. This app is not free to use! You have to pay to import documents into this app which isn't mentioned until the very bottom of the description and nowhere on the website. I can't attest to its accuracy because I couldn't test it on anything other than the samples that came with the app.
Just installed and did a quick test using a screenshot of a page in Japanese. Worked perfectly and fast. Dictionary is fast too. I may change my opinion after using more, but for now I can enthusiastically recommend it.
This app is unbelievable! A long time ago I lived in Japan for three years and learned a little spoken language and even less of written Kanji, although reading hiragana and katakana was OK. This amazing and very comprehensive app has reinstilled my desire to reenjoy this wonderful language. Greater than five stars is my rating. Recommended to all who have even a remote interest in Jaoanese culture and language.
