I ran The gauntlet of trying anyway. Called looked on app couldn't find it downloaded this app didn't work because this app is for Wi-Fi not Bluetooth Now's a good time to know an Apple user My wife found I twinkle on the app store for Apple made Bluetooth connection and it's singing right away
This app is trash. Can't connect to tree. It says to connect to the itwinkle WiFi, but there isn't one. Old app worked fine. What a waste.
Doesn't connect to my tree. It did a few years back. Very disappointed I can't use this anymore.
Terrible. Lost my remote and the app doesn't do anything. Cannot set my own colors, doesn't connect. Useless tree.
App doesn't work. Customer service said they cannot help because no longer involved with this App/tree. They suggested I buy their new tree. I need the old App back. Please post any solutions anyone has discovered."
