Absolute GARBAGE!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! When I first got the sensors I set up my app, registered, and connected it worked well. A couple weeks ago we got water on the sensor and it went off locally, but the app didn't do anything. When I opened the app, suddenly it won't connect to the servers. I suspect they shut down the servers, took our money, and ran. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
Terrible app that does not work. Help link and about us link lead to blank pages. Installed water flood detector, opened an account and device was found. But the only way I can get an alert is to have the app open and running on my nexus phones screen, won't even work running in the back ground. App is not sending push alerts or emails as it claims. Web site is also a joke. I don't trust this app and will be uninstalling.
app doesnt stay running in the background go notify me if any alarm ia going off. i have to open app and check and even then i dont trust. i hope im home to hear the alarm if it goes off because i know the app wont help. also the app is asking to create and account and wanta permissions to the camera, mic, location, and others. why? all you need to do is send me a notification if the alarm is going off. why ia this so complicated guys? please fix this.
