Disappointing. Failed to Verify my login. tried 3 x. just failed to verify the login I JUST CREATED. and bus was late to airport.
I managed to log in and I can book buses relatively easily, but very disappointed with the actual tracking (which is the main focus of the app...) and the timetable. It doesn't accommodate for delays at all and the tracking sometimes doesn't work at all, or shows a completely different bus then the one I've booked. One time it showed me the bus was in the middle of the pacific ocean.
I couldn't relate to any of the negative reviews other people have posted as the app did everything i needed and I didn't notice any errors or glitches. The bus tracker was accurate and was helpful to see how far away from my destination I currently am, the bus itself was clean and had charging outlets - super helpful, the bus driver was lovely and the seats are comfortable. I would definatly use this service again in the future
