Intent App play online

Intent App is designed to support you to become more self-aware and focus on the things that matter to you the most. We have 86,400 seconds in a day, how many of which do you use to invest in yourself?

Each component in the Intent App serves a purpose. Using the app as a whole will assist you to be present in your everyday life and stay on top of your goals and responsibilities
We have four sections in this app.
Meditate, allowing you to drown out the noise and be truly present.

Gratitude. Starting your day with gratitude can change your perspective of an obstacle into an opportunity.
It could be as simple as coffee or music..

Journal, empty your mind. Sometimes we need to make space for new ideas by getting rid of the old.
Write down anything whats going on with you a new idea a thought or maybe even just vent.

Daily objectives, now it's time for the action. Make a list of actions you want to achieve for that day and cross them off as you complete them. Could be as easy as reading 5 pages.. calling a friend going to the gym anything that is going to get you closer to your goals.
