Use UptoPlay to play online the game Inhale.
Inhale is a simple app to help you practice 2:1 breathing. The exercise starts with 4 counts for exhalation and 2 for inhalation.
As you get more comfortable with the 2:1 breath, you may increase the exhalation-inhalation counts in the Length screen.
This app does not store your breathing patterns or any other biometric information.
