1. *What is Incash?*
Incash Inc. is a Delaware, US-based fintech company that provides salaried individuals access to their earned wages. Launched in 2021, our goal is to give the African workforce ready access to money that theyve worked for. Employees can track and withdraw salary advances on-demand any time before the scheduled salary day.

Having partnerships with registered Financial Institutions, we run as a service to employers and their employees. The employers can set the limits on the amount of earned salary withdrawals employees can make monthly.

2. *Why Incash?*
Incash allows employees to withdraw their earned salary advances at a one-time transaction fee. Employees also enjoy a stipulated interest-free repayment period.

We help salaried individuals break out of the monthly pay cycle, align their income and expenses and reduce their dependence on unregulated and informal high-interest short-term loans.

3. *Who can use Incash?*
Incash is meant for employees of partner companies. This is a closed marketplace and is not intended for public use. The user must be an active employee of the partner company for at least three months and must have signed an employment agreement form with their employer. Also, every user must complete full KYC.

4. *What are the services provided under Incash?*
Employees can track and withdraw their earned salary on-demand, anytime before the scheduled salary day & cover their expenses via Incashs app.

5. *Are there any fees & charges involved?*
Incash is a salary on demand product. Users can withdraw up to NGN 100,000 on the Incash credit line. Each time they make a withdrawal, Incash charges them a one-time transaction fee which ranges from NGN 500-2000 (inclusive of VAT). The repayment duration, i.e, the line can be extended up to the salary cycle or payday.

6. *How is data security ensured through Incash?*
Users can delete their personal information from the Incash databases, at any time. Incash employees do not have access to:
