The line operator prepares, organizes and controls the activities of the installations constituting a complete production or packaging line. He / she applies the rules of quality, hygiene, safety and environment (QHSE). Finally, he / she directs the work of production operators and production machine operators, assigned to the line. On a daily basis, he / she coordinates and regulates the production activity through the supply of raw materials and packaging, ensures the proper functioning of equipment, validates the quality of products through simple controls, ensures the maintenance of first level. He / She exercises his profession under the supervision of a production team manager or a workshop manager.
