IDEApp play online

Application of the IDEA research study "Personalized exercise prescription: effectiveness of a combined interdisciplinary intervention in depressive symptoms" co-led by the Mental Health Research Group and the Rehabilitation Research Group of the Hospital del Mar Institute of Medical Research (IMIM). The IDEApp app has been developed for patients suffering from depressive symptoms and is linked to a smart bracelet. IDEApp offers personalized motivational notifications and reminders to encourage adherence to exercise prescriptions and accompany users. It also allows to monitor physical activity and sleep.
This application is for the exclusive use of participants and the IDEA project team.
Access to the app and its features is only possible with credentials/QR codes provided by the project research team.
