I recommend not to waste your money with this app. I had two vouchers and I was not able to redeem it because u will not get any availability of hotels based on your preferred dates. And before the end of validity, I want to extend the voucher. But it was not working in app. I tried to call their customer care and it was always busy and it automatically disconnects after u wait for some time. I send message to their email id and through the website. Till now I didn't get any response.
`All the promises made by app are useless. Have to use my coupon just because the were not ready to extend nor do they were providing refund. Also the hotel which was booked by me in app was not provided and some 3 star hotel with zero amenities was provided. That's the reason this frauds have not earned any goodwill. Customer Service sucks and after this failure they are up with new app "LAST MINUTE DEAL" (LMD) Suggestions: Provide Service so that people come searching you. CHEATERSS..`,Either No one picks up the call or if by chance they pick our call then they just hear our query or ask dates for booking then tell us that they will call back after confirming the bookings but no one ever calls back.The same thing happened always. When I requested refund for my vouchers then also confirmation for refund of vouchers came but money never comes back. They are cheaters.
This is one of the worst travel app. This is a fraud company, don't do any booking through this app. Due to some reasons i couldn't travel and applied for refund. Its been more than 15 days they haven't processed my refund and their customer service is pathetic and unresponsive. I am approaching consumer court to get my money back
The app crashes whenever you get an opportunity to book. it is useless. I am trying to book from almost 4 months now but unable to book. can you please refund the money of my voucher? Please refund the amount. I would rather book a costly hotel rather than booking from a app which gives you headaches while booking.'
