Well Being for IBS uses evidence-based neuroscience to track and manage your IBS symptoms. Now for the first time, you can investigate your IBS symptoms using protocols developed after more than 10 years of clinical research treating IBS.

HOW WELL BEING FOR IBS WORKS

Our curriculum includes a drug-free 28-day protocol that records all of your IBS symptoms and flareups. After your first 7 days using the app, a 21-day placebo programming phase opens with journals to record your placebo use.

After using Well Being every day for 21 days, the Reporting feature will help you gain insight into your IBS triggers, including sleep, and stress. You can also record individual journal diary notes and review them separately or as a combined diary showing a single day or an entire month.

The included Well Being for IBS Progress Report will keep you informed on how many flareups and urgent bowel events you have each week while tracking your total number of journal days, wellness recordings, and wellness boosters. The reporting feature will give you insight into what works and what doesn't work to calm your IBS.
