If there would have been negative rating I would have loved to give that. Very pathetic after sales service. I have 3 devices installed and none of them are working since March 2020. The app simply does mot work. Tried reaching out the customer service team probably 100 times, but no resolution till date. Please dont buy IAC devices, simply waste of money.
GPS NOT WORKING PROPERLY FROM LAST 2 MONTHS...DESPITE CONTACTING UR CUSTOMER CARE...PROBLEM STILL NOT SOLVED...FOR TRACKING MAP IS NOT OPENING
Tracker not working despite several contacts coustomer care since 3 months
Worst ever app and customer service.... think 100 times before renewal if purchased....
No customer support once payment is done, advise all not to go for IAC'
