It's a fantastic concept and great flexibility but a poor app. Map doesn't zoom out fully and filters don't work despite reporting this a few times. You can only use filters on the website. Furnished to one star as well - you can only cancel by emailing them, which takes away from the flexibility.
The basic concept is great, but the app is clunky and badly designed. For example, when searching for gyms you have access to in an area you happen to find yourself in, the map view/list view doesn't automatically take you to that spot, you have to enter a postcode (!) or do it manually. Trying to click on gyms in map view is like playing whac-a-mole and it's very hard to get to the details of a gym - this requires repeated tapping on the gym's name. This could be fixed in a future upgrade.
I like the the concept but I think there is room for improvement. The day or fitfix passes should be able to be used at any gym. To be honest I thought that's was the point. The passes should be valid for longer. I like the pass idea but sometimes, like most people, I can go weeks where I can't be bothered to go. Finally, If I sign up to the app why and I filling in forms at the gym and then asking for my ID.
What the hell? I'm in need to go to a gym, got the up, tried to sign up, it asks a few questions (not my name, but emergency name) as I try to save it says then invalid surname. I drive a lot for my job and I'm often in different locations. This would be ideal however I just wasted time and impeded by a bug (got the latest app using Samsung Galaxy s7 edge). Very frustrating
Used to be really good ...since the silly name change not so much. why does it show central London every time you switch it on ..a load of pins all on top of each other are impossible to seperate Also refer a friend is a con...i refered a friend and got the credit when I tried to use it for a pass it took the money from my pay pal account leaving me with an activated credit which will run out before I can use it...contacted customer support who said they can't do anything about it....rubbish!!!"
