Hôpital Régional de Bertoua play online

The Bertoua regional hospital is a 3rd category and 2nd referral hospital in our health pyramid, located in the Eastern region, in its current site is the result of Cameroon-Italy cooperation in 1992. It is built on an area of about 3 hectares. It is located practically in the center of the city of Bertoua which is the capital of the region of East Cameroon.
This health structure has 15 buildings that house the various services, the reception capacity is 233 beds.

Eastern region
The East region is one of the ten regions of Cameroon2, located in the south-east of the country. Its capital is Bertoua. The majority of its territory is covered with equatorial type forest. It is bordered by the South, Adamaoua and Center regions.

The region is located in the south-east of the country, it borders on three prefectures of the Central African Republic and a department of the Republic of the Congo.

The region is divided into four departments 3, includes 1 urban community, 2 district municipalities and 31 municipalities on a territory which covers an area of 109,000 km2 and is home to more than 777,755 inhabitants.
