The HP Latex Mobile App provides remote monitoring capabilities for your HP Latex printers:
- Printer Status: Know the status of your printer while you're away from it, staying abreast of consumables levels.
- Job Status: Remotely track jobs through completion and monitor them by date in the job history.
- Alerts: Rely on alerts to tell you when attention is needed (Out of supplies, Substrate path, Printer not ready).
- Metrics: Understand your operational performance over a period of time and make the right decisions with the data provided (tablet version only).
This app is compatible with the HP Latex 300, 500, 1500, and 3000 printer series.

I connected just fine with the QR code. But I never get notifications. And the only way to refresh is to reselect my printer in the drop down menu. Notifications are delayed or non existent. Time stamp is wrong. The iPhone version of this app is great. I wish HP would do the same for this one.
Useless app. For me at least it's has never worked/synced. I decided to give us another go yesterday. It crashes more often than a taxi driver. Time to forget about it for a few months, come back to it and see if it ever gets fixed. Either or will work or I'll uninstall it and give up. How is it that a multinational company can push out such a worthless piece of software?
Does not display my latest status. Shows my printer is still printing a job that finished printing 3 days ago. Does not show me accurately what exactly is happening, correct ink levels or real time job status. Functionality is poor at best. Even so this app is pretty useless. It could be a much more useful tool. But it's completely limited to viewing a status only. Would be nice if you had real time access to your printer's front panel. Now that would be useful
Pretty disappointing app. At this point it hasn't updated in 10 months. I'm not taking about HP updates to the app, I mean the app actually functioning and showing my printers' status. It's non-functional.
`Very unreliable. I now have a "No internet connection" when in fact I do. Printer updates are unreliable. Now app keeps crashing when opening. Now the app won't open! Just keeps quitting when opening. Now it does not open! Crashes when opening.`Page navigation:
