I see a lot of negative reviews regarding issues with credit card charges, but I can't even figure out how to add my card after 10 min of exploring the 3 buttons to their fullest.
Horrible. Utterly and completely worthless app that succeeded only in capturing my credit card info then took me to an enormous QR Code. No idea what to do with that. Somehow was able to find Menu off the navigation, but that was worthless. It's hard to believe this app was rolled out to the public with Hook Burger's blessing.
Downloaded the app because it's very difficult to place a phone order (line is always busy). Big mistake! App charged me while I was modifying my order - sent to the restaurant. App also attempted to charge my 3 more times after that. Had to call to let them know the wrong order was processed. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.
App is poorly designed. Simply trying to look at a menu is difficult - the screen space is taken up by pictures that are too large for the screen and menu items appear only after you scroll down to the bottom. Very poor design.
12 Fraudulent Charges as soon a CC info was entered! Downloaded the app, which almost immediately asks you to add a payment method. As soon as I did (before even placing my order) I was alerted by Bank of America that 12 suspicious charges came through. Had to cancel my credit card and now have to wait 7-10 business days for a replacement AND contact every business on auto pay. You guys suck!'
