Play this online game named HomeTrak Mobile.

Take advantage of HomeTrak's cloud hosted solution to access your live data in real time. This app will allow an on-call office staffer to view and edit client and caregiver information and schedules, document events and easily find replacement caregivers for a schedule using Caregiver Suggestion while away from the office or in the field.

You must be using the HomeTrak Companion hosted solution to make use of this app.
