What a fantastic way to rent a house. This way i won't pay any fees and will be dealing with the landlord directly. I wasn't so lucky when rented my first house here, the landlord was a nightmare and I am sure I am not alone in this type of situation.
prices are high not recommended,and second thing there is a huge market and jobs for real estate agents they are planing to f all of them,it will never work you should have used this to create opportunities
Amazing idea. It's not only about to skip the agency fee, but also be directly in contact with the owner to sort out any house maintenance.
