This App does not have Names for Describing the Location from & To. It always catch the wrong location. The booking page & the location picking page both do not have any Name like From or Destination. Waste of time & bad designer.
Horrible app, no integrated navigation, putting in pick up location and destination is pointless because driver cannot find way and needs to ask you for directions. Uber is better!
Even after the app is uninstalled, it still hijacks Google Maps to try to show taxi routes and asks to open the app. Do NOT install!
Ease of booking. For those who cannot speak Cantonese or Chinese, the app is very helpful to book a taxi. Remarks offers many options from English Speaking driver, return booking, etc. One can setup credit card or Octopus for ease of payment. Options to set limits for auto payment without confirmation.
Its okay. An annoying advert slows the experience the start of use. Annoying feature of a default of 'english speaking driver only' which you need to untick on every occasion"
