HikeTrace: Hiking Routes play online

HikeTrace is an application made by enthusiast hikers for enthusiast hikers. It is aimed at good walkers who want to go on outings over one or several days. The catalog contains quality itineraries that will give you every chance of having successful escapades.

New routes are added periodically allowing you to discover or rediscover the natural wealth of the regions crossed. All the trails in the catalog can be preloaded directly without having to search and play online a GPX file. The descriptions of each route with pictures, difficulty levels and points of interest help you make your choice.

During your hikes, the GPS function notifies you of changes in direction and the remaining distance until the end of the trail. Distance, altitude, and average speed counters are also available. The GPS can also be used outside the routes in the catalog to locate you and orient you on the map.

Hiking maps can be downloaded and used offline in areas weakly or not covered by mobile networks.

The catalog mainly includes routes located in the south of Belgium, but also in certain border regions and in Europe. The mapping covers Europe only.
