Truly terrible. Not easy to use at all. Frustratingly unable to recall radiator settings to modify them. Have to start from scratch programming just to increase the temperature slightly. Is there a decent app that will work with the same systems? Have had trouble connecting repeatedly. After trying to set up on a second device things just get more confusing and have never been able to make changes while away from home. And it now seems to want a password that I didn't set up with no option to reset it. Thanks
First up. Congratulations, fixing the connection was a great idea and now the app connection is pretty much seamless. I like the app, but, it really does need an overhaul. Setting the heating for each room or different rooms together is not intuitive at all, this needs to be made a lot easier. Also, can we not have Google home /alexa integration please. A simple "make living room 20 degrees etc" would make things a lot easier. Keep improving please, thank you
This app is difficult to use (I work in tech!). There are multiple steps & screens to perform simple tasks (e.g. turning a radiator on/off or up/down). There are no short cuts. Often the same request produces different on screen messages or errors and there is no troubleshooting guide ANYWHERE to help with these messages. V unhappy I'm stuck with such a poor app to control a £3k heating system.
Just about serves its purpose but is very far from up to date in terms of the UI. Aesthetically, it looks as if it was designed on a 1990s version of Microsoft Publisher, and there are so many missed opportunities in terms of refinement and user-friendliness. It works, but it badly needs an overhaul.
Just got new phone Samsung A20, really struggling at the moment to get this app up and running on my new phone uninstalled it and reinstalled it a few times now, but keeps coming up operation error or installation not synchronised, any ideas, reset router as well and restarted phone, tried everything can anybody help please??'
