I had to give this app two stars for a few reasons: First, the app crashed frequently upon my first use. All data was lost mid game for me twice and I had to start keeping life totals on paper. Secondly, you can't access many of the features like a clock and dice calculator during the match. So although they are useful tools you can't use the when playing a game unless you have a second device. The UI could use work but that doesn't bother me as much as the usability of the app itself. Additionally, there are no features for tracking influence / momentum etc. I do like that you can connect with other players but haven't tested that feature. This app could be improved and have a great overall score. However, at the current stage of development it's not as good as other apps available on the market.

Great for tournament play I'm sure because of the online mode. But the user interface leaves a lot to be desired for those coming from Guild Ball Scrum. You cant set your roster ahead of time. You can't track status effects as far as I've seen so far. Visually it isnt much to look at compared to some of the earlier apps such as Scrum. I do like the odds calculator feature but it doesn't add much when you consider there are no rules reference s outside of the cards themselves unlike other apps which provided you with the entire rules book.

Does have crashing issues very occasionally, and it would be nice if it had the current rulebook in it. However, when it work (99% of the time) it's terrific. Ben, you do a great job, and I and my local meta thank you for this!!! Also works great for vassal games! Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is the rulebook exclusion and the very infrequent crashing. If the rulebook was added, 5 stars for sure.

`I have use this app since it became the "Official GB app" and in that time I have been plagued with consistent crashes mid game. Over one year's use of the app and I can honestly say I've only had one full game of GB where the app did not crash. The UI is also janky and unintuitive. For example you cannot use the dice calculator mid game. If their was any other app that was up to date with cards I would use it in a heartbeat. The only plus is the app updates quickly when new cards are released.`,

I would really like it if the guild rule cards were also uploaded (Hunter Traps, Rats Diseased, etc.) This program is pretty useless for tournament play, as it crashes at least once a game, but it's invaluable for browsing between games. I really wish I could see the Guild Rules, so I can see how each team functions. Also, Guild Ball Scrum had full versions of the current rulebook, tourney rules, etc... but the SFG official app doesn't? That should be fixed, too, please."
