On the first floor of the Courtyard by Marriott St.Petersburg Center hotel, the modern grill restaurant GRILLYARD has hospitably opened its doors.

The project, led by chef Rodion Nefedov, primarily focuses on easy communication, author's grilled dishes and freshly brewed beer.

The concept of the restaurant implies the author's serving of dishes and a broad view of American, Russian and European cuisines. The concept of beer is a mix of classics and American heritage, allowing you to experiment with taste, while remaining true to traditional recipes. For example, "Plumbeer" - branded ale with the addition of plums and coconut. A craft beer inspired by the North American favorite Rootbeer, based on the roots of the sassafras tree.

The laconic interior of the institution does not distract from the main thing - communication and food. Decorated in the style of a backyard, with an abundance of natural materials (wood, matting, linen) and the light of street lamps, GRILLYARD conveys the atmosphere of warm meetings and the joy of spiritual communication. The restaurant is designed for 80 seats, there are also two privacy zones for companies.
