Only because, there are a few cosmetic updates that need attention... But that did not hinder my comfort or the movie.
Friday there are qs to candy bar at 830 and you are training staff ..been in line waiting for 20 minutes ..at this rate will miss the movie..whose idea is it to train a new staff at a peak time!!
Easy and efficient
Atrocious app. Can't change location half the time. Can't use my grand card to buy tickets. $1.50 processing fee per ticket??? Is this the early 2000s? Why on earth am I paying an extra fee to make YOUR life easier!!! This app and your website both are utter garbage, which is a shame
Every year I renew I have problems using the mobile app and having it update my membership making it useless. They have had plenty of time to fix these issues and asking in cinema for assistance is very hit and miss as most cannot help.'
